How to choose the right ski pole size

When shopping for ski poles, you’ll want to keep in mind the pole length. It should be coordinated with your height to help improve balance during tight turns. To find the right size, touch the end of the pole to the floor. If your upper arm and forearm form a right angle, the pole is the right length for you. 

You’ll also want to select a ski pole made from the right material. Typically, aluminium poles work well for average use, but tend to bend easier.
