Taking it's design cues from the best in the business. The Amplid Freequencer is baked in the mould of the infamous Milligram Split but built to appeal to a broader spectrum of shredders. Though more affordable than the Milli, no corners have been cut: it‘s lightweight but can take a licking and keep on ticking so you can trust it to get you to the pow pow far away from the crowd. Whether it’s blitzing blower or blasting crud, the Freequencer’s versatile shape means it’s perfectly tuned to whatever you’re riding.

All-terrain Tips
A smooth kick radius and fuller tip outline improves deep snow floatation without adding swing weight.

CORE
  • Omni Core
A dependable, low density poplar wood core which is lightweight, durable and has great flex memory. The industry standard for great performance.

REINFORCEMENTS

  • Biaxal Glass
Using biaxial glass in the construction of our shreds gives them a flawless blend of response and playfulness whilst keeping them ridiculously lightweight.
  • Impact Pads
On the milligram we have added mulitdirectional glass pads in the binding area, to avoid dings caused by pointy corners of metal splitboard binding bases. These pads will enhance durability without adding undesired weight.

TOPSHEET

  • Amplid hooks
Forged aluminium board hooks, designed in-house by Amplid’s R&D team, offer a dependable, but weightless connection between board halves and have a slick matt black aesthetic.
  • Bolted tip clips
Using threaded bolts instead of rivets allows broken tip clips to be easily replaced, on the hill, without the need for a workshop full of tools.

BASE

  • Extruded 4 Base
If we didn’t tell you, you’d think this base was sintered. Amplid’s mind-boggling extruded base material offers next level glide properties and rarely needs waxing

SIDEWALL

  • Split Tune
Amplid lightly rounds the edges at the tip and tail, outside of the effective edge. Blunting these edges reduces chipping to the topsheet caused by touring.
